Look at what I bought today!

Pretty much everyday this week I will be out and about purchasing things I will need for my Thanksgiving dinner this coming weekend.

I have Thanksgiving dinner on the brain day and night, 24/7!

Today, I bought what must be the world's largest turkey that cost me close to a million bucks!

So I took a small detour.....I was driving by Goodwill and had to stop.

Look what I bought.....

$20 for  Trisha Romance "The Perfect Gentleman"

Trisha is a very popular Ontario painter.  Some of her limited editions can reach up to $1500.

The above is a mass production poster. 

On Ebay it going for $50.

I don't particularly care too much for the pink mat or the grey frame.

I am thinking of getting the mat replaced at Michael's.

I want to spray paint the frame to a bronze colour??  Or maybe black....not sure.

This was listed on Ebay for $50. 

Now back to Thanksgiving preparations....

Because I will be having the entire family over this weekend, I need to purchase a few more table and chairs.

This is what I will be viewing and probably buy tomorrow morning.  

I found it on Kijiji.

 I bargained the owner down to $100.

I have three tables planned for my meal.  

*The parents table (this is where I will be sitting with my Mom and bros and sisters and in laws).  

*The older cousins table (the older kids)

*The younger table (obvious the smaller kiddies)

If I buy the above table/chairs I am thinking of using it for the "older cousins" table.

At this time I have approx 6-8 people at this table.  

I am thinking decorating this table white and brown.....white pumpkins, brown accessories.

What do you think of the above Duncan Phyfe - sweet isn't it!
